Joe Locandro is a seasoned executive with over 16 years of experience at BP Oil, working across Australia and Europe. His diverse career spans senior management roles in transport, warehousing, and logistics, where he optimized driver operations and supply chain logistics for enhanced efficiency.
Joe’s expertise extends to sales and marketing, covering retail, wholesale, and distributor markets, where he developed strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
Whilst managing the strategic Planning and Control function, he contributed to financial analysis for Australia’s largest offshore gas project, the Northwest Shelf in Western Australia, providing critical insights for major investments.
As a senior manager in technology, Joe served as Management Information Systems Manager for BP Australia’s Marketing Division. In this role, he led the development of business reporting and analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making. He also spearheaded a trans-Tasman ERP program, harmonizing operations between Australia and New Zealand with streamlined, standardized processes.
